Because my mum was on it yesterday and she heared something like someone tying
And i've just had a notification saying that an attempt to enter the computer was blocked.

you get attempts like that ALL the time, differnt people scanning, bots scanning for smtp servers etc, its nothing unusual.
Do you use a router? chances are the router will have a semi reasonable software router.
