well ive lost 2lbs in 2 days

jus got back from an 18 mile bike ride amd my lags were shaking

Cardio first thing in the morning is best for fat loss, don't eat before you run, then you burn just fat, as you have no energy supplies, then just go home and eat. Worked for my mate who lost a lot of weight that way.
