There a was, after a afternoon of polishing crusing in coatbridge and a good night.
On the motorway comin home and 20 miles from the house ma engine warning light comes on and its sounding ruff as fcuk.
I take the next exit and its firing 3 cylinders! SHIT!

White smoke pishing out the back! SHIT SHIT SHIT!!!

She's home and its either the Valve Oil seals have gave up or i've blew a hole in the piston in the 4th bank. FCUK.

Looks like ma beast is off the road for a while. Gutted.

white smoke suggets water rather than oil.

Common place for headgaskets on a 1.4 16v is between the water jacket and no 4 piston hence missin on no 4?

Headgasket perhaps?

Na the spark plug on number 4 was covered in oil!

cars still on the driveway waitin for parts hehehe and it was only 3 days after i just got it back after some major bodywork repairs from a smash!!

It now worse!! done a compression test on it. Bank 4 read nothing!!

Well tasty! So worse case im looking at new pistons and a rebore!
Hmmmm.... 2lt 16v looms......

Or rebore the 16, dbilas Inlet manifold and stuff since its in bits!
