Did you sign anything? If so go back and read it, the small print might say something like you agree that they can use your car in their promotional stuff, in which case you can't do anything.
On the other hand if you can prove that you took the picture, or that it's your car, (a sticker somewhere is usually enough), then you can take the company to the small claims court.
They will sort it out for you.
