hello people, im currently in the process of taking putting the xe from my corsa into a tigra, just wanted to know if the mounts from the corsa are the same as the tigra, and if not what mounts do i need? also the tigra has PAS but the corsa didnt so im either gonna have to fabricate a mount or buy one if there is one available.
help please asap

Yep they are the same mounts. Don't forget about brakes and sus.

but the tigra has some funky looking mount on the driver side to hold the pas pump, and idont think its gonna fit onto the xe engine.

the problem is the chassis mount, its totally different to the corsa b mount, there is no way to fix to the engine mount to the chassis.

just use a full corsa conversion kit, with extra chassis mount
this is the chassis mount you use - same as is a 16v engined corsa
then use this on the engine to rubber - again same as corsa
but you need to lower the engine slightly, as it will catch the bonnet, so will need a homemade spacer like so, only need's going down by a few mm

nice one ste just what i was looking for! got the engine in but just not mounted on the offside. will get these ordered up.

so how do i go about sorting the power steering. i had a look on there but i cant figure out how the power steering pump bracket will work, and also where would i get a v belt pully for the power steering as it is multi grooved at the moment.

yes u have to use the xe power steering pump with the bracket ste and mist
the tigra one will make belt sit too slack, and u will need a doublev belt bottom pully (have same on mine)
