Anyone use them? need some protein and iv been looking at thier stuff, pharma whey and synergy both looks really good for the price

That PHD whey is very good, it has all the amino acids in it too like L-Glutamine and Taurine.

Also it tastes lovely!

I'm using the pharma whey protein right now. Got the chocolate cookie its a bit rich if you dont ahve a sweet tooth, and can sit heavy after a training session compared to some others i've had. Got it for 30quid so i can put up with burping for 5 mins or so after i take it. Will be going back to USN if i can get it though

Iv ordered both synergy and pharma whey only heard good things about them so thought id give em a try..
