Liverpool would only need 1 change to challenge for the title, C.Ronaldo.
True
IMO if we signed a decent RW, and one of a decent LB or RB then we'd be in a good shout for the league.

To be honest I think Liverpool are only 3 or 4 quality signings away from a title challenge, personally I feel they need 2 better full backs and a quality right winger and maybe another top center half

You do realise Torres has scored 2 goals less than Tevez and Rooney put together in the league?

I love how Rooney gets shit, scores for England and hes the golden boy, has a dip in form and hes called fat, shit, not a true striker.
He was ridiculed last season and still ended up producing 24 goals.

Obviously its about the biggest and best club in the world - Liverpool - so is important.
And then United are being dragged into it by association.

My opinion of Rooney does go up and down.
At times his desire and skill can amaze me, and can see why United fans love him as he does give his all, all of the time.
At other times though he just looks over rated, and for me can never be classed as one of the worlds best forwards as just doesnt score enough.
