Hi wt would i kneed to fit thease.. and how will they affect the car..e.e fuel consumption? and wt other parts would i need? Would i get good results on a x14xe with full exhaust system and induction kit?..

Totally pointless with the standard engine management, you gain peak power but lose power and torque ALL over the rev range
A 1400 16v with a mantzel fitted is quicker in my opinion.
My mantzel'd x16xe is quicker on the 1/4 than a 130bhp dbilas tb'd 1600 16v.
Its a whole different ball game if you fit proper management though and get that mapped, massive gains possible
