Right i've matched the wires colour for colour and I have a few left over;

Corsa loom
Thick RED
Thick BLACK
Thin BLACK with WHITE tracer

C20XE engine loom
Thin BLACK wire with BROWN tracer
Thin RED wire with WHITE tracer

Anyone know which ones need connecting?

on the c20xe loom inside you only need to connect the theese colours to the corsa loom

-solid blue(off the little black plug)
-solid green(off the little green plug)
-red/blue(on a plug of it's own iirc)
-brown/blue or brown/yellow(on the little green plu) can't remember wich one tbh but try both .that's for your ecu light and that's the wire you earth to do a fault code test.
