Somebody told me they cost sumin like 2K to put in. Surely they could spend it better elsewhere.
TBH i think things like slaloms would work better, and they would be much more fun to drive round.

there's a residential street near me and they have done like a zig zag thing down it like a slalom, i agree with you the speed bumps a r pain i the arse specially if u aint got much clearence at the front of ur car

how could i forgot the pot holes! jeez! they r a pain in the arse, i think they are the main reason my car rattles so much!
i hate it when they just patch up a bit of road though, cause they neva make it smooth and it just cracks and falls out creating an even worse road.

Ya obviously dont live in NW London then!!! I cant go anywhere from my house without gettin to speed bumps or restrictions.
When i was lower 50mm on my 15"s with combat front it was a nightmare

Know what you mean! They seem to be creeping up all over the place! I think its a barbaric way of controlling speed. As for slaloms they're a pain too! Surely it would be better to create a nice flow of traffic through a town without congestion. Slaloms cause big traffic jams round here when its busy. I think they should develop speedbumps so if people are speeding they pop up and f*ck your car up! Otherwise its just a nice smooth road.

yeh but speed bumps are good in some places, they always put them by where schools are round by me, i think thats fair enough if they save one life a year they are worth it.
