Basically its just a cheap airfilter with a few goodies from a electicians toolboox, only worth about a tenner when they actually put them up for £130

there was a test on these in a pax mower when they first appeared...

They actually decreased bhp output due to the resistance of the fan

it decreases power because the motor can't draw enough current and can't keep up, people are working on "proper" ones now but will be more like £1000
