just need to know how to remove the air pipe that connect the air filter to the throttle body on a sport as i am completely stuck, cheers

It's just a jubilee clip mate you'll need a screw driver.

You mean the actual long pipe that goes from the airbox, all the way around the back of the engine to the TB?

ye, ive taken off the jubilee clip but the pipe just doesnt move at all and i cant see how you can get it off??

You need to remove the inlet

and good luck getting the fucker back on. I had them push clips on mine and I couldnt get it back on. ended up replacing it with a jubilee clip that you tighten with a ratchet

You can get it out with the lower inlet in place with a struggle, just keep pulling and looking whats in the way and wriggling round it. Never tried putting one back on though and wouldnt like to! are you fitting a new inlet manifold?

ye im putting on a new manifold box... already taken everything off that needed to, even the throttle cable off the old body but this is the only thing stopping me

it really is being a bastard though

thats the final thing to try i thinks, ill go have a bash at it, cheers for the help guys
