Yes i do know its a inch and a stupid question but----------i feel putting 17s on a corsa sport 1.6 is pointless cos i dont wanna lose the speed of it etc. however 16s are only a inch smaller so would u still think that speed is lost?
wanna make the jump from 15s --16s

ive also realised if u line 15s 195/45/15 up to the standard wheels on the 1.6 , the standard ones are biggger,, so i rekon u not goin to lose any performance

IMO if u want looks go for 17's, if u want performance go for 15's, (13's low profile if ur that obsessed ), depends what kind of person u r!!

go for 16" with 40 profile tyres, best of both worlds then, performance and looks

the best way to do it is: if u have 15's with 55 series then wanna make the chenge to 16's. u get 40-45 series, thus keeping the overall circumfrence similar to the origional. so no real loss of power. if u go a lighter rim then u gain better handling and steering responce.......and now i'm feeling a bit woosey coz i took two pain killers for my sore neck. rock on
