I thought Bentley did alright when he came on. He can't take a corner though!
I think Beckham has showed that hes needed in the squad for nothing more than to cross the ball and take free kicks!
Second half was really boring though.

In the last 2 games Beckhams crossing has been poor, apart from the cross he put in for JT's cross against the USA. Most of the corners he took were headed away by the front post, and a few of his free kicks didn't even make it over the wall

The ball for Gerrard that was chopped off for offside before the Terry one?
You clearly have a bee in your bonnet about him his distribution is still amongst the best in the entire world.

He's a Becks basher, I bash 1 out over Becks, we're not overly dissimilar Danny and I.

I dont dislike Beckham. He's been good for us in the past, and now he's got his 100 Caps then IMO it's time to move on. Personally I think the FA may have had something to do with him playing against the Yanks & last night against T&T due to him being a "brand" now instead of a footballer.
Dont really think anyone is fit to play right wing as such, I wouldn't mind England playing in a 3-5-2 formation with wing backs. Think we now have the players to play that system now, and it could work if we play in an attacking style.
Doubt any of you will agree, but thats Football

I kind of agree, and posted a similar formation in the thread after the Yank game, it was...
------------------------James/whoever--------------------
Richards----------Ferdinand----------Terry----------Cole
-----------------Hargreaves---------Barry-----------------
---------------------------Gerrard---------------------------
---------------Cole---------------------Rooney-------------
---------------------------Someone-------------------------
But in the current 4-4-2 formation that he is insisting on playing I dont think we have a better player for the right side than Beckham (unless you played Cole there, but then we have no one for the left).

If it were me I'd play:
------------------------James/whoever--------------------
----------Ferdinand----------Terry----------Woodgate----------
--Richards-----------------------------------------------------Cole (A)
---------------------------------Barry-------------------------------
---------------Rooney--------Gerrard----------Cole (J)--------------
--------------------------------Crouch-----------------------------
