Got a new headunit for the Z3,

I currently have a pioneer deh 524r (old and crap)

I want ot remove it so i can fit my new alpine usint, but i dont have the stereo keys. Can i buy them from halfrauds? Is there another way? I have tried coat hangers but that just hurts your hands and bends and doesnt do much.

also will i need an iso lead or will this have it already?

phone those badgers at bimmer, im sure they can hit a magical button in hamburg and it flys out

Actually, don't worry. You can get Pioneer removal keys from Halfords .

Just talk to someone nice in there, they should just pop it out for you if your buyign something stereo related

on second thoughts pioneer have keys which you can get at halfords iirc

halfords had none. Every make but tbh.

TBH mate, just butcher it out! I;ve done it before, BIIIIIG flatblade screwdriver with some tissue on the end of flatten the "stickyout bits" on the old stereo cage
