Is there a how to guide anywhere? Need to remove the head off my newly aquired Corsa GSi.
I've got all the star bolts off the plastic inlet, but the inlets still attached to the TB and I cant see anyway of getting to the star bolts on the underneath.
Any idea's?

There is a jubliie clip that attches the inlet to the TB, you'll have to undo that, then the upper inlet will slide off.

Ps, no offence, if you can't get the upper inlet off, don't try to remove the head yourself.

The guage only just moves on the cyl3, no reading on any other. I had someone pop over and take a look, they think that theres been some valve/piston contact where the timing belt had just been done incorrectly. Not to worry now though, the engines nearly ready to come out anyway!
