FAILED...
Jessops sold me a 2nd hand one with a big fuck off scratch on the lens - Tossers,
Got my money back from another store though and after a 130+ miles of a wasted journer i guess i will have to got back to my local one to purchase it tomorrow.
So annoyed!

I have the same lens - very nice. Lightweight on my 400d, and very good image quality.
Not as good as my longer L lens but for the money, this one is a bargain!
You'll like it when you actually get a decent one

well got another one today - very happy with it indeed - went snapping tonight hehe...
feels heavier then the kit lens but comfotuble to shoot with.
I did ask about the price matching but he said it wasnt agaisnt online things, just local shops. Oh well...
