How much are these from vauxhall?

Im getting a protech manifold this week, just thought i better get one in.

Also can the manifold bolts be re-used?

they are only acouple of pound, my local garage got hold of one for when my manifold arrives easily. i would use new bolts, may aswell

What can i do about the SAI?

How are these removed? Also where would i get a blanking plate from?
