Citing the race card as a reason for him unable to get a management job

You couldn't manage your way out a paper bag you muppet, if Kenny Dalglish wasn't such an idiot you wouldn't have even stepped foot in Parkhead.

Yip the colour of his skin has nothing to do with it, it's his chronic lack of managerial ability.

The fact he got the Celtic job after no previous managerial experience still annoys me

Good footballers don't make good managers in general, because they don't need to work on tactics to be good at their natural game, whereas players who weren't that good had to work at tactics more and find new things out, Alex Ferguson was never an outstanding superstar was he?

Woah woah woah, why are the press picking up on this Black thing with Paul Ince? What has it got to do with anything?

As for Barnes, I wouldn't want him in charge of Luton, no way. He's a buffoon with a strange shaped head.

Tis true, players that are naturally gifted at the game hardly ever become top managers as things come alot easier to them than to others.

That's a good point, the best managers were never the greatest players. Mourinho never even had a club career of any note.

I didn't even know Mourinho played the game, my earliest knowledge of him was being Bobby Robson's translator at Barcelona.

Translated for him at Sporting and Benfica as well, he has a lot to thank Sir Bobby for!
