Picked it up yesterday from jessops with a bag and a card!
Payed £329 which i thought was good, plus need to get £30 back!
Its not left my hand while i have been home, but as i have been told need to study the manual more!

Yeah mate, i would buy from a shop like i did so u can take it back!

What lens did you get, 18-55?
The D40 is a great camera and can produce pro quality in the right hands.

dixons currys also do the same/similar deal i got the camera lense and 2gb ultra sd card for 314 and could have had the case for not much more but i had one...
god camera though
