i bought these real carbon fibre wing mirror covers for my 206

now in the description it says "They are easily fitted by bonding". i emailed ecosse asking how exactly i should fix em on (dont want them flying off down the motorway!) but unfortunately they must have been having a blonde moment as the reply i got was "Thanks for your enquiry, the covers need to be bonded on"... lol 
so any idea what the best thing to use would be? theyre cf one side, plastic underneath and are to be bonded on to plastic mirrors

I've never keyed the surface when using tigerseal. Just make sure the surface is clean! Can't see any harm in keying the surface though.

Think u will need to get it from a motor factors/paint and panel suppliers.

When bonding plastic onto plastic it's always good practice to key the surface.
Tiger Seal or any other PU sealent/adhesive might be a bit thick to get a flush fit. You are best off using some Epoxy Resin based adhesive (quite generously) such as Araldite and posting tech questions in Help Zone to get a neat fit.

decent stuff too! id personally use this, as you can get a thinner layer on and it probably will have a stronger seal than the other stuff
