Has anyone had experience with watching a movie on a video ipod? I'm just wondering what battery life is like as i plan on renting a movie off itunes that lasts 1:34:24 long and don't really want the ipod to die halfway through.

Battery life is shit on mine when watching a video. iPod is about 2 years old and i've hardly used it.
I get about 2.5 hours out of it MAX when watching films from 100% battery

Music is fine on mine, battery lasts for a long time. But, its only because its not using the back light like it is when you're watching a video.
Thats what kills it

Well rented the movie but it won't let me put it on my ipod I thought it was because it's a rented movie but in the iTunes help it clearly states you can deploy a rented movie on an ipod/iphone...
