Off the top of my head I know that certain parts of Canada are crying out for skilled workers. The lower cost of living over there might make people think they want to live there. But I can't be bothered to research an answer for you, so why don't you tell me why people have emigrated? How do you know they have gone for good? Have they all returned thier passports?

Pretty much everyone spouting crap about tax and petrol prices etc with no understanding of econmics.

The reaction when mentioned the notion of kerbing pay increases to bring down inflation was typical of this tbh.
