they have been done up WAY too tight, i've been through 2 brand new wheel nut keys, been to 2 garages, had 3 people attempting to undo them, one of which was bouncing on a 3 foot breaker bar, soaked them in wd40 twice a day for a week, and also tried drilling only to blunt several drill bits.
looks like i may be cutting the wheel off  any tips? or any ideas that require less drastic action much appreciated!!

has someone tried a big airgun on them
Weld on the top of them to feed some heat into them

hammer a socket over it ?
or u can get special sockets with little teeth that bite into it when turned anticlockwise ( made for undoing lock nuts or rounded off nuts/bolts)

i've split a socket trying that way lol. its got a spinning outer collet anyway so dont know whether it would have gripped. cheers for the suggestions peeps!

take it the garage say somethings wrong, they WILL do itt as they wouldnt look very good if they cnt even undo a wheel nut

dont really like paying for garages to do a job which i can attempt myself. once i've cut the wheels off it will give me much better access to the bolt, just pisses me off that it means i've got to buy 2 new wheels.

u got McGaurd nuts then ?
u tried using a chisel to loose the spinning collar ?

Try this try tight enging them 1st then losses em it they move if not cut a groove in them with grinder and get a big hammer and a good chisel and just hit it round

Chisel the spinning ring off then clout a socket onto the nut (mind your fingers with the mallet!!), then use the biggest breaker bar you can get hold of.
Get one person to hang off the bar, and another to ensure the bar stays on the socket/socket stays on nut.
See how you go with that

I had to undo one before. Used a bit of scaffold and a breaker bar. Was compical to watch. Had a mate laying on the floor forcing 2 feet onto the socket so it didn't slip.
Try that before you get jiggy with the grinder!

...take the other 3 bolts out and drive it till it loosens itself off.. obviously keep local.. :\ youll feel it get loose anyway.

If you only have one locking bolt per wheel Id keep going with the drill even if you have to buy a few drill bits. Make sure you start bang in the center with a smaller drill then go up to a 13mm. Take the other 3 bolts out and keep checking to see if youve drilled deep enough then kick the wheel and it will come off.
Thats how we had to get my mates wheels off once
