Hi Chaps
I have just got a 360 Elite and want to hook it up to my wireless router. my question is do i need to buy the Xbox wireless adapter or with the spare USB wireless adapter that i have lying round plug in and work??

Nope, you need the xbox wireless adaptor

If you have a wireless laptop.

Plug the xbox into laptop and share the internet connection

Or buy a wireless ethernet bridge for a fraction of the price. Tenner on ebay last time I saw one.

You can do what the others said, however I wouldn't bother (for wireless anyway) just keep it simple and pay the extra for the Microsoft Wireless Adaptor

Ethernet bridge will work the same and be half the price ffs
