Following on - is changing the bulbs behind the clock basically the same principle? Can they be replaced for LED's?

got mine sorted yesterday,i just bought some normal ones from my loacal auto shop,they are the same type as the onces behind ya speedo.

Pretty much. Although more of a ball ache, especially if cable driven speedo.
Everything is explained in the Haynes Corsa manual under Bulb Replacement.
