I failed to pay my phone bill for a month so it was cut off which is fair enuff, wen i did however pay for the bill they failed to reconnect it for another month so now there charging me line rental etc for the month it was cut off. Surely its there fault they failed to reconnect it, i shuldnt have to pay for this month shuld i where i culdnt use the phone

Well when you say it was cut off, do you mean totally disconnected, or just outgoing calls/texts barred?

Line rental should still apply then as you could recieve in comming calls

If you don't pay your bill they have every right to bar outgoing calls (except 999 calls) and texts I'm afraid. Usually depends on how much the bill is for, what your track record for paying bills is like (ie. do you pay on time or whenever you get reminder letters), etc.
