There is a thread on a forum that I wish to save and host elsewhere, in case the original is deleted.
How do I do it?

right click on the webpage-> view source.
Save it as a HTML doc-> upload to another place.
images and links may not display or work proply

or just use the file - save as feature..
and save as complete, then you get all images in page, and all the link's still link to the correct place too

Why save the source code instead of just saving the page?
Saving the page should save all the images etc as well.

Just save the page as web page complete and upload all that stuff somewhere else.

I'd personally prefer to print screen the whole lot as proof...
Get it time stamped as you take the pics so it's obvious it's not been tampered with etc.
