MON would be foolish to cup tie someone who clearly wants to leave IMO

I'd cup-tie any want away player, to see if they still want to go once there's no Europe involved. I would hit him where it hurts, and probably stab him then set him alight.

Did anyone hear the commentator as the camera was looking at bouma's leg?

It's not as bad as it sounds compared to a break, both hurt and both look horrible when you do it, but in terms of recovery and healing time a dislocation is the easiest to deal with.

a clean break is faster to heal than a dislocated ankle apparently

Clean breaks are rare in football though, I've done both and had Alan Smith do my physio as he lives and trades in Wickersley, Rotherham, so it's not as if I had poor physio or anything.
