i painted the drums on my fiesta and am going to paint my calipers on the focus in orange, like so:

is there any special preparation needed before hand though? i used white spirit on the drums for the fiesta so i guess it's the same with calipers?

also, do i need to be careful getting paint on anything at all?

cheers.

If you get a wire cup brush from B&Q or anywhere like that it makes rubbing it down a lot easier, just whack it in a drill as opposed to a normal wire brush.

no dnt use any normal paint, would work a car like fiesta because the size of the brakes but a car like this can produce a lot of heat when braking, normal paint will chip away, get heat protective paint if you can
