just reported da bastards to oftel....this is wat i wrote/..............

Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing to complain about O2 customer service for the response they have gave me regarding the incorrect charge of my bill on two occasions. Every month my mobile phone bill has been about £16 on average with less than 600 text messages sent.

Last month i was rather shocked when i recieved my bill for over £109. That month i had made a lot of voice calls but i had not sent 1442 messages as O2 stated that i have sent. I have emailed and made various phone calls to them regarding this matter but i do not seem to get a valid answer of them.

Also to my shock i recieved my new mobile phone bill for this month. A staggering £68. I am writing to ask you what i should do next? i have 14 days to pay this new bill of £68 which i strongly disagree with along with the £109 bill.

As you can see the last 2 statements there is obviously some kind of mistake.

yep same story with me BUT I GOT MY MONEY BACK LOL, my sis never bothered argueing and paid £200+ when they rduced her tariff... hop u get it sorted munchie

i got 2 months free line rental!!! i complained to da oftel people!
