see a solicitor. will be worth every penny. not only will he advice you about unfair dismissal but he'll also advise you best way to sort out this wrongful speeding ticket. btw, does you're job reqiure you to drive? e.g delivery man or whateverr

think its written into my contract but cant find it anywhere to check.cant afford a solicitortil i get a job. they charge shitloads for half hour!will look into it tho.

i was doing 40 in a 30 zone, got flashed and nothings happened. no fine, no points, no nothing and that was months ago now, some of my mates say there is no film in the camera can this be true?

r8 lee. it was at the end of darwen going towards bolton. Cant believe i didnt see it, it wasnt hidden or anyfin.so dont worry its not hidden or anyfin.

I just got clocked doing 44 in a temporary 30 zone, which is normally a 50, same as u with a mobile camera.

Ive got 3 points and a nice £60 fine,

didnt even realise it was a 30 tho till I got the ticket through, but its my fault so I'll just accept it

I got caught on the Heathrow Perimeter road doing 71mph and its a 40 mph limit!!!! it was a mobile camera and the feds pulled me over, and i blagged my way to just get, wait for it!!!!
3 points and a £60 fine, for over 30mph over the limit that aint bad!!!

i think you only get a ban if you were caught doing double the speed limit on a motorway. Could be wrong though.

Near whitehall i have seen them there before near my m8s house i wave at them. They also sit at intack near school and in rishton Also i have seen them in Great Harwood outside my brothers house Gits were hidin behind parked cars

on this pig cop documentary a police blokie in his Volvo caught a motorbike doin 150mph average, when he admitted to the camera he did 182 or summit, he got a £300 fine and 6 points i think

take no one has heard about the loop hole in the law relating to speed cameras then????

all im sayin is if you get the form through the post fill it in but dont sign it.

trust me will get thrown out of court.

no point, no fine and a few red faced coppas till they find a way to crack it.
