what does everyone think the best workout for your biceps is?

I use dumb bells or bar bell and also use the MTS Row machine which also works the back.

are rowing machines really good for biceps? considering getting one as i need something new at home, - my exercise bike bust

Yeah, I'd consider it a full body work out. Providing you row properly both arms and leg will tire. Really works the heart too.
