i am not too sure, ive got them set currently wound all most all the way up and its dropped around 60mm, at a guess i would say you could probably go to at least 110mm (on the front) back would prob be bout 80-90

these are very good coilovers for the price that they are, i have them on mine atm and have had no problems whatsoever, front lowers to 120mm and rears are 80mm without the adjuster,ive had them for 2 month now and they are fine,
