I've fitted the sockets into all of the rooms in our house and run the co-axial cables back to a single point.

I've also run in a power point to the same area to run the booster; what do I need to fit and is there anything to bear in mind for digital TV etc?

We don't have cable on I'm not putting Sky in yet

Also posted in geek Day as its relevant for both possibly?

Running all the cables to one point is a good start mate
thats how we wire all these barn conversions and new build homes

We use a Global Loftbox for TV distribution
Its best to use this with a send + return plate.
The S+R plate goes where your main TV/sky box would be.
You run your feed from the TV aerial (and FM if you require) direct to the loftbox, you then run two cables from the loft box to the S+R plate
One does the 'send' one does the 'return'.
If you have sky fitted, you can then access it in all rooms and control it using sky-eyes on each TV

Hope it makes sense!

loads of places online, or you could by them off my company over the phone.

Global is the manufacturer and its just a loft box, you can get them with different numbers of outputs.
Have you used high quality, satellite grade coax cable? CT-100 foam filled etc..?
If you use the cheap shit air cored (usually brown) stuff then your picture quality will be seriously compromised.

Any more q's give me a shout
