Mine is lowered 60mm.
Vibrio has driven my car & while he says its too low for him, he says ithandles very well

Yup... im after a Scorpion similar for mine, power gains from them are impressive as ive learnt from other GTi owners. Pugsport ones are also a good buy.

That's a pugsport one I believe, not 100% though. Looks a bit tame IMO

The pugsport one is good, looks tame yes but gives good power gains and sounds the nuts apparently
