Mine was a similar incident but on a 50mph road. Although there was parked cars.. I was on the wrong side of the road so it was deemed to be my fault.
Long time ago though (7 years)

My mum said that also when she was taking the pictures, looks like its just happened
Yeah i am quite impressed with how quick things have gone through. Had to have done tho as i go away on Wed and didn't want my mum and dad to have to deal with it.

I said 50/50 and the bloke who i hit said it was one of them things. I have heard nothing from my insurers saying they are contesting 50/50 so. i assume so.
