yes but different sorts

c16xe has air flow meter

x16xe works off a manifold absolute pressure sensor

As my GSI does, i answered yes. I can't see the problem with that.

If the later 1.616V didn't, you could have just said couldn't you, as ainsley did.

The question was, "do GSIs have an air intake meter?" You replied "yes" because yours does. Ainsley merely pointed out that many GSIs do NOT have an air intake meter. For those models, your answer was completely wrong - that's the problem.

Also it was only the newer X16XE that didn't have the airflow meter as Ainsley said.

Mine doesn't but it also as the EGR valve what aload of shite that is.

Quite easy to take people the wrong way on here isn't it. Oh well, ill delete my replies. But for the record i wasn't questioning Ainsley's reply as i now know that it was only the early GSI that had one and i can answer with more detail in the future, we all gotta learn somewhere.
