Here is a short poll about brushing teeth

Adam Petherwick suggested the teeth cleaning method should be a certain direction, personally i dont give a feck but maybe you do.

i brush my teeth with the toilet brush, i mainly use chocolate source but when that runs ok i have to use peanut butter.

You should bruch your teeth in circles like i do Very lightly mind.Up and down it wrong as it damages your gums.
