some valves are very very very slightly banana'd

in cylinder 2 (i think), two bores have scuffs and one of them has a gouge.

if the valve is slightly bent then thats what has probably caused the guide to break.

or possibly something has got into cylynder 2 and jammed the valve, valve hits piston, bends valve slightly and breaks the guide?

whats the spark plug look like? I have seen a c20let break a plug tip, and cause the above issue. the guides in these engines are very brittle when they get a bit of age on them, that seems to have been this engines downfall
