no wait, ive looked it up and it not a combat its a predator one. got it for £90 of an old man who got it for his son. its full and new! (combat is an ugly 1)

Don't take it to heart, you can't please everyone. If you came on here with a subtley modified car with a big engine, you'd get hassle for having no imagination.

Enjoy trying new things with the car in the meantime, so long as you're happy to be out and about with it, that's the main thing.

You learn very quickly that you get what you pay for. So, the best advice I could give you is save up, don't buy the first thing you can afford, and you'll get a much better end result.

A clean fairly standard car always looks far better than a fully modified, but low quality effort. Just don't rush it.
