Friends just got a laptop. No problems at all with it, can view every website normally.

However Pistonheads Classifieds don't work at all. When you get the search results, there is no thumbnail, and when viewing each individual advert, there is no pictures. Not even small blue squares for the links.

O/S = Vista Home Premium Edition (or something like that, definitely Vista).
Broswers = Internet Explorer AND Firefox.

I've tried turning off pop-up blockers, adding the website to every 'allow' list going, and still no luck.

Anyone have any ideas? I was totally stumped. As said, it's only in the classifieds, other pictures on the main page etc work. All Flash & Java add-ons are installed.

that is about the only thing I didn't try. The trouble is, it has never worked, which is strange.

Next time I'm round I'll try that and turning the wireless modem off etc
