1400 16v corsa = 90bhp
1600 8v vtr = 100bhp
VTR is also lighter

pretty even i reckon, easily top end wise the vtr would win hands down, but gettin there the corsa is slightly better and slightly quicker, i can give a vtr a right race to 80mph but then im doomed, also depends who your up against driving wise and the state of the engine!
