just wondering if they were still available
as i would want to include existing loan into mortgage if possible - to afford payments ( upto 800 if needed) just want my own place
any good recomendations for were to go for martgage

No, most places now want at least a 10% deposit

save a deposit, if you cant build a deposit, then how you gonna make mortgage repayments? the bigger deposit you can put down, the better off you'll be, trust me.

House prices are still going to be low for a long time to come. Now isn't the best time for getting a mortgage either. Take it as a chance to save up and get a decent sized deposit for use in a year or two's time...
