Seems a shame. But I just can't shift the fcuker!
1996N Ford Escort 1.6SI, Red, 76K, part history, e/w, c/l, e/w, e/m, s/r, pas, airbag and 17" Wolfrace Alloys. Ford alarm and immob.
I've tried selling this for, £3295, £2995, £2495 in autotrdrader. I've spent £150 over six weeks for this! Spoke to one dealer who reckoned I'd get £2000 trading it in.
Gonna wait for a dealer selling a grey Sport for around £2500ish, as that is what I really want. Got wheels planned and everything.
Advantage to the Corsa is that I love em', can start off my own insurance for the same amount per month as I'm paying in parents name for Escort, and the Corsa should be better on fuel.
Disadvantage is that I'm gonna have to borrow £500 off my dad if he lets me!

What you all think. Anybody else got fcuked off trying to sell a car and just traded it in!? I know Chris Bingham has cos I was trying to sell mine to buy his!

A guy at work as offered me £200 plus his standard 14" steelies with good tyres for my alloys. Is this worth doing before trading in the car?

yer sell the wheels and any other bits n bobs u got. ice etc. then trade it in.

Should get more for the wheels IMO, worth more than £200, I sold me 17's to a guy off here for £350 + his 15's(minted about 6months old!!!) when I was selling my GSi.

Most dealers dont give you fu<k all extra for any mods, the one mine went to even talked me into taking out the CD player that I was going to leave in
