unless you have swapped over eye balls, they look nothing like cesaro's.

Got wheels fitted and went for a test drive, and ffs the steering wheel now shakes at about 50mph, and when i brake i get a huge vibration run up my foot!! am i right in thinking that i need the wheels balanced and tracking sorted? Also there was a clunking sound from the offside rear, but i cudnt tell what it was.

Vibration under braking could be tyre pressures. But yes, you need to do all that you list.

clunking would be more suspension/ball joint stuff i should think. can see a wheel ''clunking''

Well when i changed over the wheels i didnt have a proper jack, so i used a scissor jack to get the car off the ground, and then another jack on the edge of the suspension arm to get the hub high enough for me to get the alloy on becos the scissor one wasnt high enough. cud that have damaged anything?

Rite well ive just had to change back to my 13" steelies cos it seems that between the tyre and the back bumper there is 1cm of clearance, and every time i go over the smallest bump it scrapes on the tyre. The wheels have 195/65/r15 tyres, which are huge!! Any recommendations on reduced tyre sizes?
