Author vibration on steering wheel?

just had a puncture on 1 of the tyres so changed all 4 alloys and put standard ones back on for time been.. but now when i go over 50mph or summart steering wheel shakes quite bad actually any ideads its 1.4 corsa sport by the way?

could be tracking if dangerously out but not usually, start with the wheel balancing first after that it could be a suspension component that is fucked, if you got a pucture from a pot hole it's quite a possibility

Tracking wouldnt cause vibration, wheels just need balancing

still dont see how it would cause vibration evan if it was out so much, which it oviously aint bacause it dint vibrate before he changed the wheels.

if the tyres are very low it could vibrate with the tracking out but a slower vibrate frequency, if you know what i mean

Yea get all the obvious things done before looking into suspension components - I needed my wheel's rebalancing and a track rod end had gone - as you can probably imagine the car was rattling to pieces

Tracking won't be helping but it's not the only reason you may introduce a wobble.

you put the front alloys on the front and the back ones on the back didn't you?
a lot of the time only the front two wheels are balanced and if you've put them on the back thats probably your problem mate.
check which ones have weights on.
