im goin away first 2 weeks in june i cant wait. my blood pressure is low shelly but im stil stressed. have u thought about yoga or pilates??

its a bit like yoga but is more to do with ure posture and stuff as well as the relaxation. some people do it to help with back problems or wot ever. do alot of stretchin an that. its good takes ure mind off alot
