I'm sure it's been covered many times before but i'm just having no luck finding what I am after.
I need a pic of where the cams need to be. I can see the cut-out for the crank but I can't find any marks for the cams.

dont they both point upwards towards marks on the back plastic cover? sure it was when i did headgasket on my old 1

I'll have a look when i get round 2nite. His cams and arp's have arrived so we're going to be fitting them 2nite.

On the LET they both point straight up like John said, there should be little cut outs in the cambelt cover to line them up with.
Dont get it confused with the smallblock setup where they point together like I nearly did

yeh both marks on the cam pulleys point upwards,put the rocker cover on and you will see the two marks on it.

Got it all sorted. Just got home! It's all together and looking good. Turned it over by hand 2 times to make sure that there is no valve to piston contact then rechecked the marks, perfect!
I've taken loads of pics, i'll upload them when i get chance 2moro when i'm not on my phone.
