i just fitted gsi bumper that has had the badge recess smothed out and wondering wht grill will fit it

What has the badge got to do with the grille?
If you mean the radiator grille, just pop over to ebay and you can pick one up for around 10-20 quid.

Nothing will fit it 100% mate.
People have used normal Corsa grills, but these have had to be adapted slightly to fit, and even then- the grill doesnt suit the curve of the gsi bumper. so there will be gaps in the corner of the grill/bumper.
Other than that you could modify the bumper grill section so that the curve of aftermarket grills fit perfectly.

His gsi bumper has had the dip for the (grill badge) recess smoothed over. hence he cant fit a normall gsi grill now.
Its either a bodge fit of any aftermarket grill. looks ok, but can still tell from the corners. or modify the bumper.
Or i just extended the bonnet.

FIT IRMY ONE AND ANGL IT TOWARD THE BUMPER AND EITHER SMOOTH IT TO THE TOP OR SCREW IT TO THE BACK OF THE BUMPER I WILL BE REMOVING THE RECESS BIT FROM A 1 WHEN I GET CASH THROUGH AND DO THAT. UNLESS I DECIDE TO PUT CARBON FIBRE IRMY CHEATED STICKER OVER IT LOL
